On the 15th July, 2008, the Caerwys Town Council adopted by resolution under the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2008 (Welsh Assembly Government) ‘Members’ Code of Conduct’. The Code was updated on the 18th November, 2014, and under the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 – the Town Council adopted the updated model on the 17th May, 2016.
