 The Minutes of all Council meetings are not formally approved until the following month’s Council meeting. However, the draft minutes will be displayed below within 7 days following the meeting. The Town Council meetings are normally held on the third Tuesday of the month (except August and December) and usually commence at 7.30pm. Meetings are held in the Caerwys Memorial Institute. However, it is sometimes necessary to commence the meeting at 7.00pm. Residents of the community are welcome to address the Council Members, for a reasonable period of time at the commencement of the meeting. Should any resident wish to attend a meeting, please contact the Clerk to the Council to confirm the time. There are no scheduled Council meetings, held during the months of August and December
