Caerwys Youth Club

 

The Caerwys Youth Club meets on a Wednesday evening, between the hours of 7.00pm and 9.00pm  -  in The Caerwys Memorial Institute (as photograph below). All youngsters over the age of 11 are welcome. 

During the school holidays, the Youth Club may be closed for part of the holiday.

Youth Club Activities


The weekly general activities of the youth club, include pool, music, table tennis, dance mats, play stations, various group meetings, and various games.


Pre-arranged in house activities include, healthy living, sexual health, drug and alcohol awareness, balloon modelling, quiz nights, badminton, photography, a midsummer barbecue together with a treasure hunt. The members also visit the Pantomime at Christmas.

Youth Workers Code of Conduct

  • We will be nice and happy people
  • We will listen to you
  • We will treat everything we are told as confidential
  • We will organise interesting things for you to do,
  • both on club nights and at other times.
  • We will organise outings, residential summer camps,
  • and competitions with other clubs.

 WE WILL BE THERE FOR YOU !

Members Code of Conduct
  • No bullying - remember what it was to be little.
  • Respect the Youth Leaders - they are there only for YOU
  • Look after the Memorial Institute - without it there is no youth club
  • Do not meddle with the Fire Extinguishers
  • - if it gets wrecked, no - one can use it
  • Pay your subs promptly and willingly.
  • Put all litter in the bin.
